This seems to be a common problem with some people and I don't know the fix. Definitely keep harassing you A/M. I got two Skymark PR's yesterday. If you received none, then there definitely is a problem. I have never had problems, but some people are for whatever reason. In my opinion, once word gets out that they have released their new recommendation. If you haven't received it by email, call your A/M immediately.
