Then look how he cites the author of Seeking Alpha for his opinion, whom clearly states from his referred piece that he is long on WAMUQ(read this referred source's disclosure at end of Seeking Alpha article)! Jeffrey Dean clearly had no understanding of the dramatic rulings by Judge Walrath last courtdate, nor the evidence that came to light. And the Seeking Alpha article that he used was written a week before the last courtdate as well, before final approval of the Equity Commission, and when WMI was absolved of it's debt.
