Jeffrey Dean clearly had no understanding of the dramatic rulings by Judge Walrath last courtdate, nor the evidence that came to light. And the Seeking Alpha article that he used was written a week before the last courtdate as well, before final approval of the Equity Commission, and when WMI was absolved of it's debt.
