to add to my willingness to be 'open' to ever higher markets , even though I'm decidedly bearish because of the unrelenting print/ borrow and spend habits of our govt and thus our citizens in kind, (it's bad business, simply put) I'm reading Dent's book , where he speaks of a strong market into 2005, nasty correction/crash of sorts late in the year, then to Dow 40k by late in the first decade , 2009
he does a lot of his prognosticating based on demographics and history... as anyone reading his stuff knows
