A thought, if they have it stored in cash (M1), and the money goes into stocks or bonds, the money supply will drop like a rock. We could see short term interest rates spike on that day..the banks will have 30 billion less cash.just a thought. The dollar is depreciating, MSFT as a global stock with massive dollar reserves is unloading. Instead of collecting dollars, what if they had bought gold or held foreign currency. The stock would probably be trading at 60.
