You could read that PR comment two ways:

1) Expected KFDA approval is in 6-8 weeks
or
2)Sales are expected 6-8 weeks after KFDA approval - this way gives no KFDA timeline; but gives a timeline for when the first sale will occur after approval.

Based on the way I read the KFDA process information no sales are allowed until KFDA approval. The info I posted earlier didn't make the distinction between sales for human vs nonhuman useage. So if (zero) sales allowed then #2 above makes sense.
