I read some of the information in the Securities Exchange Act 1934 and from what I could tell there are some specific timelines the company has to complete. Granted the information is hard to read and I'm not sure if I'm reading it correctly. But Securities Exchange Act 1934 section 12 (6)(g)(1) talks about a company with $1,000,000 in assets (I'm assuming with the aquisition this is now a true statement) a company is reguired to file a registation statement within 120 days after the last day in it first fiscal year ended after the effective date of this subsection on which the issuer has a total assets > $1,000,000.
The aquistition occured in 2009; therefore, the first fiscal YE with TA > 1 million is 12/31/2009. So if my DD is correct XMDC has to file the registration (form 10) by 04/30/2010 to conform to SEC regulations.
