I always buy in increments and that's what I teach on my blog.

Worst case, you miss some gains by not being fully invested but you always have extra protection to the downside which in the long run means your losses are less damaging therefore your gains are that much greater. Good luck out there.

Doc. What makes you think there will be a R/S in the " near" future? Was there any R/S last year when you made a nice profit as you say?
