Zeev, maybe since my posts were quite short you misunderstood my meaning somewhat. As I said before I was just throwing out a couple of ideas for discussion because I think many investors are simply throwing in the towel and walking away from our markets which I feel will do this country no good. What I really like to see is gentle tweaking and not the rule changes which you refer and did cause an awful mess. A good example is the death tax. It was way too high on too small amount of money with no regard for the heirs. Is there one heir who is already very wealthy or a dozen who have little the tax is the same. Now we are going in the opposite direction and doing away with it completely. I certainly think someone with a 100 million plus estate could pay some tax. As to capital allocation we already are distorting how capital is allocated by our current tax policies.
