Casper for me

Well I never got Casper to work and would have to say I'm very disappointed with the level of service I sent emails called (waited on the phone)(left phone number for call backs ) never got through or received a call back So I have to say Casper was a no go for me.

Charge to card is in dispute with them... Poorly run company Casper

Shame Sorry Casper

Now I have my hard drive and set up for back-up but it is just a paper weight for now

Any suggestions other than dealing with Casper
