It was reassuring to hear those words from the Judge herself that will be tantamount in so many upcoming rulings.

Bopfan stated it best last week that the Judge has allowed JPM/FDIC sufficient time to make their settlement offer ... before she has to do it for them. They came close to having her first call in that direction made today. They got their 30-day stay and should use it wisely!

Even though I'm ready to seek help to break my "WAMU message boards" habit, her ruling today makes me feel more comfortable while we wait!
