How sweet would that have been if she just even denied right then and there? We had it in our grasp and Rosen knows it. We are on our way to finally settling. IMO
This has been ongoing forever... Just for $3.7B that the FDIC knows that they screwed up on. The judge showed great character today in her representing herself. She had gently let all sides know where her direction of ruling will go.
I am pleased with todays court date and I expected much less.
