Why did JPM say we don't care if you rule now and then FDIC stepped in and said they want to wait till next month? FDIC said they have different opinions...if that is the case then how can a settlement be close if JPM is ready to let her decide were the $4 billion goes?
Now mordicai.... since the motion filed for the stay is pending and a SJ could come across, that in essence would put the money where it needs to be and at the later date she could kick the stay off the cliff...
