Better yet we should GO to CANADA and OCCUPY our CLAIMS...occupy all claims once owned by CMKX so no further work can be done by SHORE or anyone else till this is resolved...that is my suggestion...but hey NEWS MEDIA??...they could CARE LESS IMO...we have been there DONE THAT...good luck to us though...Flying Moose(cmkxunofficial)

this thought came to my head last night...
for all the theories out there, think about this one: what if al hodges' "inside man" at the SEC was "placed there" by someone(s) else inside the SEC to feed hodges false information in the hopes he would do exactly what he's done. give hodges false info so that he'd file an incomprehensibly large lawsuit, only to later realize he (and us) have been had, thus making us all look even more insane. then the SEC could come out and say, "look at these looney people filing frivilous lawsuits with no facts to back it up." everything would be dismissed, and any "noise" any shareholders would make from then on...other people, the media, the government...would just roll their eyes.
the only thing that probably made this pop into my head is that there have been so many delays...every time we hear things are about to be resolved...BOOM...another delay. the maney was here, now the money's there, now so-and-so has it, now the money's there... it goes on and on. just seems quite strange...

well thought out and had crossed my mind too. logic would indicate to me that AH would NEVER pursue this case on "hearsay" as evidence.
only a crazy man would do so....

I sent several emails to Attorney Hodges and Mr. Dennis Smith. None of them made it. When I was speaking with Attorney Hodges, he informed me we are being monitored. We have somebody's interest.

I am not waiting on al at all, I am hoping al comes through before I have to do more, but I am making moves already to force the issue and the truth out. I will know very soon whether my tactics are working and then it will go either way, I will post what they confirm or we go after them.

I did speak to Al yesterday, he is not playing games with any shareholders, he is doing what he has to do to get you paid!
I am doing what I have to do to help apply pressure and to leverage out confirmation of what is going on. I am playing the leverage card as we speak to help this end.
you have a front row seat to the biggest things going on in the world, most don't even know things of this magnitude are happening. Hang in there as issues are being forced
