PERT's a market maker (MM) like NITE or UBSS (the 2 most common MMs for AYSI).
Many of us have seen that MM represent a large shareholder in the past with sell orders over the past couple/few years.
PERT could represent anyone and isn't necessarily the same party every time but it isn't a common MM like NITE or UBSS and in the past the larger blocks that hit have led some of us to believe it is the same party.
