I can say 100% it's not my post. There are obviously real issues with the supply chain of products. I am just stating that they took product from EESO which they did not pay for and are being sued and now they need to pay for 1st generation products from EESO or whereever they can drudge up inventory for 1st generation products. So they have a liability which is open and EESO is also suing for damages. Now they are suing EESO too but that's EESO's liability. It's a gamble who will win the suit.
