Yes and according to some rumors on the other board Wow did not pay because Jared was in a cash crunch and used a cheaper blend of enzymes without telling Ali and as a result the products didnt work as well. Whether that is true or not I really dont know. Also some posts on the other board have stated that Wowgreen has not had a relationship with EESO for quite some time per WowGreen. So there are two sides to every story. Regardless, it will all come out in the wash shortly and we will learn what the true story is. Whats funny is the more the eeso people come here and bash, the more it proves the Wowgreen argument that they were materially affected in a negative manner due to their relationship with EESO. Yet another reason why it was in their best interest to move on. Also there was nothing in the contract that prevents Wowgreen from finding another source for their products.
