"Tying up the courts", which is your (and tiger's) suggestion, is not a constitutional right. Try it and they'll declare you vexatious litigants, and you won't be allowed to sue anyone or anything.

You are talking about criminal trials..... not civil suits. None of that applies.

Your suggestion that thousands of people should file nuscience suits will not get very far. Prison inmates try this from time to time and always get shot down and have sanctions applied. They don't care since most of them are in prison for life but your suggestion that CMKXers act like prison inmates will not be looked upon kindly by the courts.
