Yeah, I feel like it doesn't necessarily mean that SKGO is absolutely required to file the 8-k form. I feel like we are just hoping that it will be done. Wouldn't that only really apply to companies that are already uplisted to stay from being delisted? Either way I am buying more shared at .0055
