If they dont file it then they WILL get a Stop Sign placed on them on Pinksheets. They have provided us with 25 filings +- in the past 30 days. Why do all the work to get to this point and then just say Ehhh ....NOT to mention letting your 25 mil company reputation fall by the wayside.
They have been uplisted to a Yield sign (A week Ago) and NOW with the 8-k they should be uplisted YET again. This is what they have stated there intent is all along as well as moving to the OTCBB.
If they were flakes they would not of had the "SIGNING CEREMONY WITH VAROUS CHINESE LOCAL OFFICALS" as well.
