Gist is: I spoke to a number of young eye doctors who go to conferences and for scientific purposes there observations to me are "heresy" for testimony . That is, there are two dimensions to endpoint exactitude: brief changes in scientific measurement and a lasting comprehensive "difference" (perhaps even a self perceivable difference.) I liken it to a cancer remedy that "may may may" forestall survival for 38 days and may be scientifically approvable but (to me me me)is not a cancer cure.
