Government work isn't exactly like working on Wall Street. The salaries are barely enough to sustain a lower middle class income.

How many people work on WS? I think the most recent DOL statistics showed that government jobs paid more than the private sector equivalent.

Sure tax the "wealthy"....when they're all taxed out we can move down the chain. Wonder how much more juice they have?

Here's a BLS chart that shows government workers are paid quite a lot more than private sector workers.
