I agree. We could really have something special here. When and If we get a PR about the share reduction and mergers, name changes etc. we will all be golden imo.

Exactly you bashers! Show us the dilution or just go away! You can't prove that it's there, and their Monday PR didn't exactly do any good with the PPS where it is at now, did it!!! So ask yourselves, what benefit did the company get so far? None! And the reason that is a good thing is because this proves that a buyback is to be announced any day now. If they sold a whole bunch of shares at .002 and above, I would be on the side of the bashers. But we have no proof of dilution, so we are in good shape!

I disagree with you on one point. The real question is what kind of buyback are we looking at. If you look at one of my last posts where I quoted from the last PR, they gave the reason for a possible buyback. This has to be significant if they want to accomplish what was stated in that PR! So, if they buyback and/or retire those shares, then this could easily go above 1-5 cents. I do agree with you that we need to get to .005 first, and then we can talk more about the PPS later!!!

They are not diluting, we got that from all of you calling the TA but can u tell me who is selling every day? what are all these T forms at the end of the day?Who said they are not cashing their preferds? They could sell at 0.002 and buy back at 0.001 or today or even less tomorrow, easy money. In this way, they are even doing buy backs !


As I said many times, pls don't jump on me,I am already in loss, but behind all these sell offs can't be just traders. It is managment or MM and also some from this board, like TV guy

Great post except for the fact that I believe .05 is possible if they buyback enough shares and announce the closing of an acquisition.
