If you carefully review Vale Inco claims on KATX Lucky Property i.e.

and map these claims as shown below, you will see that all yellow and orange properties are owned by Vale Inco and two red one's are owned by KATX. It is important to note that Vale Inco rushed to these claims on 12/11/09 right after KATX released the updates on the Lucky Propery PR in November'09. So IMO,if there is a Joint Venture talk (which I do believe now after last PR) with a major mining company - it has to be Vale Inco. My belief is more strengthened after reading Ken's email and Sterling phone conversation with CEO i.e. Refer these in the linked post.
