The Formal Signing from the MERGER between SKGO and Sanhe Tech is being signed right now, as I write.


This is the press release from January 20, over a week ago:

representatives plans on attending SKGO – Sanhe Tech formal signing ceremony in Beijing China for
the merger between SKGO- Sanhe. Plans include a China based TV and news print announcement(s)
formal appointment of the company CEO and board members.

This event will be held the week of
January 25th and announced shortly thereafter.
The company continues to finalize its logistics to accommodate the merger and operations of the new
parent company Sky Bridge (SKGO)
