SKGO has finalized merger with Sanhe Tech. This quote comes from news released yesterday.



"SKGO company representatives are meeting with Sanhe Tech in China today for final preparations of the China merger. Images of the Sanhe infrastructure, and other filings will be made on Pink Sheets shortly"
