I tend to agree with you about the Nascar however...

based only on my own random observations (speaking to local shop managers and store owners in my metro area) shot sized beverages in general are not great sellers. Unless they have a real "kick" most sit on store shelves collecting dust.

On the other hand, the chilled canned energy beverages need regular replenishing so I guess I don't really mind the Koma counter coolers as an intro/ promo gimmick for the beverage. Until the name catches on it couldn't hurt to have a promo item at eye level at or nearby the checkout.

Just my 2 sub-penny cents.
