IBM's TSS Does not work with Atmel & NSM TPM's?

Infineon's TSS Does not work with Broadcom TPM's?

That NTRU's TSS is the ONLY TSS that works with
ALL TPM's & that IBM & Infineon just GOT LUCKY
with NSM & Broadcom????
