O/S has remained the same for a long time...management here is committed to building shareholder value....they are shareholders and have a vested interest in PPS being much higher...
Yes and no, that was as of yesterday, they could be diluting today, I kind of doubt it, They would want the stock run more before they dilute, that way they could generate more money, to early in the play to dilute
