BIGBAKE1 you're crashing into the middle of a thread you know nothing about and taking things out of context. The whole plant doesn't have to shut down to make changes nor did everything come to a stop because the credits have yet to renew which could happen anytime this 1st quarter or even any day now.
*In response to Punxy's question: Extreme Bio is currently in a holding pattern in relation to actively producing fuels. They are waiting for the $1.-- Fed.Tax Credit issue to be resolved before re-starting and while they're waiting , RT says the Fire Marshall is asking for a few corrections to their plant , which they are working on now. [my note here--apparently the algae & other 4K gal/day source are still dependent on the $1.--credit to stay in the 'black'.....they don't plan on re-starting till the credit is restored].
...so they will not pursue algae and other 4k gal/day source until the credit is restored and they are working on changes to the plant requested by the Fire Marshall while they are waiting for that credit to be restored. Good time to do it don't you think???
Before re-starting what? THE PURSUIT OF THE ALGAE AND THE OTHER 4K GAL/DAY SOURCE...and the full time, daily, active production of fuel. Actively producing means hitting production limits daily and obviously we are not but that's to be expexted since we figured out the credits didn't renew almost 4 weeks ago.
The "algae and 4k gal/day are sources we haven't started producing yet. The yellow grease is still profitable just not enough to do all we want.
A holding pattern in relation to actively producing fuels in relation to Punxy99s questions regarding the firemarshall last December means they are making changes now per the firemarshalls request and taking advantage of a slow spell while preparing to be slammed when the credits are renewed.
The renewal of the carbon credits has been mandated so it's no long shot.
