In response to Punxy's question: Extreme Bio is currently in a holding pattern in relation to actively producing fuels. They are waiting for the $1.-- Fed.Tax Credit issue to be resolved before re-starting and while they're waiting , RT says the Fire Marshall is asking for a few corrections to their plant , which they are working on now.

There is no other way of interpreting “holding pattern in relation to actively producing fuel”, that is straight up shutdown until further notice. Why use the word “RE-START”, we do not re-start things that are not “SHUTDOWN”… It is almost sad at this point because any credibility of your good reasoning, is being ruined by your insistence of what is right there in black and white…
