I cant see Paul not releasing a PR. If that is the case...well I would have to make a decision at that point and I have a whole lotta shares.

I fit into this category. I like very much what I've learned about XMDC on this board the last several months, but ultimately it's up to the company to perform, not the other way around. There are a lot of other places to risk your money. We need to see a pre-market PR IMO, detailing the recent progress.

Agree Rain- i'm one of those and while I know
I want to hang on and most likely will-
Monday will be a nail biter. Unless the PR contains completed actions
as opposed to "we're working on/we plan to, etc.-
it may be perceived as fluff/damage control.

You also make a good point- unless a trader really knows
what they're doing- be careful not to get caught in panic sell
that results in a major rebound.
It's happened here before.

That's exactly where I am - a long but am so new to this arena, it gives me pause to doubt. I am hoping for a Great PR - hurry, soon is almost gone. And I have no funds to buy more with dip if no PR....so will weigh my options which appear to be few at this point except to hold and hope the bashers are soooo wrong about this being a scam. I do believe in the product and have high hopes for the benefits it can bring to people .

And am proud to say I will be in New Orleans on Feb 7th to watch the Saints win the SuperBowl in Miami ! Geaux Saints !

Anyone, with common sense -

will hold. Even the flippers that were going to play the news.

Why?, because there is no news whether it be good or bad. It's simply a delay.

What's occurring in California is as close to a natural disaster as you may come. If the Bioharp is a scam how would the CEO possibly know, weeks go, that he would have this occurence to use towards their advantage.

Now, if the site went live and it looked inadequate and juvenile I would say put your antenna up as investors would have a legitimate reson to run scard.

This is not going to be the last delay with the Bioharp. The Ceo has undertaken a tremendous task and is trying to do it all at once, as he has to due to this company being in it's infancy.

He's trying to obtain an OTCBB uplisting, Korean exchange listing, secure manufacturing, patent applications, KFDA approval, personnel/staffing issues, financial issues, manufacturing contracts, marketing, company name & ticker change, upgraded website, numerous legal aspects and not to mention mother nature.

Rain, your right it'll be volatile due to the nitwits (MM etc). But for the longs - please keep the above in mind when making your decision.

I haven't been in the market that long so tell me if my thinking on this is flawed. My plan for tomorrow is to set few buy limits in the .02-.03 range that way if no PR comes out and it drops, I wont miss out on the "steal" price. And if a PR does come out all the better right?

I am one of the ones who will add what I can on the dip, which isn't a whole lot more without selling some other stuff, and then i will shut my computer down for a while. Not sure I have the stomach to watch the swings we may be in for. I think even if a PR is released, unless it has some seriously substantial news in it, we're in for a roller coaster on Monday. I spent the weekend seriously considering my feelings in this company and can find no reason to doubt Paul at this point, all other news is rock solid. I can even understand his waiting until the timer expired to release news of a possible delay, this protected the value of our shares for at least the weekend, and bought him a couple of more days to get everything online. It WAS NOT a good idea for him to give a public hard deadline such as that timer, when any number of things could possibly have gone wrong, though I will admit I was intrigued with it at 1st.

I hope this does bounce hard tomorrow. I want cheap shares. I want to see some loose hands let go. I want those who don't believe in this company to regret selling, and for doubting/badmouthing Paul. As Rain said a few weeks ago, only those with a pure heart will prosper as a result of XMDC. Good luck to everyone tomorrow.
