I know you're aren't bashing.. Just amazing to me how excitied people are that it didn't happen at the exact moment they thought it would.. Anybody who's ever been involved with a start up ANYTHING knows not everything happens on schedule.. If you are opening a resturaunt Imagine all the red tape there.. Staff, Fire Dept, Insurance, parking, Menu, Seating, Vendors, Theme, Decor, Health Dept, Advertising, hours of operation, Pay roll taxes, and so on... Patience is the Key
