Are these people still Domark employees? (I don't know... and I don't care.... they do not make management decisions for JBII!)
Or are they JBII employees who have severed ties with Domark and have convinced JB that they do not condone or facillitate alledged corrupt business policy/practice knowingly?
Or maybe they are NOT JBII employees on the weekly/monthly JBII payroll at all... maybe they are professionals who have been hired to perform specific services for a fee paid.
What specific misconduct are you alledging that JBII and these people are engaged in? How does this involve John Bordynuik?
Seems like JB has enough intelligence to pick his friends & employees without help from anyone else... and I would imagine that he can also choose those he wants to hire for specific "fee paid" professional services without help as well.!
Unless YOU can document specific transgressions to substantiate misconduct, I'd be very careful... they MIGHT not be "public celebrity" enough to have relinquished the right to pursue legal remedy for anyone making allegations about them or their conduct.
Companies, CEOs, and other JBII executives... maybe fair game... beyond that I'd imagine it gets to be damp ground... maybe even quicksand. As a lawyer, well, Mr. Jaclin's legal costs won't be a problem for him to pay. LOL
If that's all you've got to link John to something doubtful, you ain't got much!
