And who do they buy the shares from? The company. That increases both the float and the shares outstanding. That's how warrants work.
Sam has a long term strategy in mind. He's had to fix a lot of issues caused by previous management (sound like someone we know in Washington DC?). IVFH has a history of game playing. Sam clearly intends toplay this straight. He isn't playing to spring 2010 or even fall 2010. Sam is playing this game for a multi-year ride. The pumping nonsense that JJ and others want to see isn't going to happen here. Sam's game is clear. He is going to let the numbers lead the way.
Will this delay investor joy? Yes. But I don't think Sam cares. He's playing for 2014-2015. The penny per share will come. So will 2, 3 4 and 5. If the game plan works as anticipated, its a matter of when, not if. Traders will be disappointed. Investors will come to recogize this as the best way to build a company image in the financial community.
