You are correct, however by them buying the shares that also increases the revenues to the company which does help improve their cash flow. I know it won't be happening in the near future. This is a long term plan that will build a stronger company and a higher PPS, with minimum dilution. They will not be exersised unless the PPS is much higher than the value of the warrents.
