From my knowledge of Biodiesel ... Todd was taking a loss on building that machine. Todd's plan I believe was to recoup that loss by selling further machines. Unfortunately ... Aziz the Sleaze was his first contract for Todd's "invention".
As to putting out more $$$ ... the specs were changing ... what can you expect ... you cant build an 6MM/yr plant for the price of a 1MM/yr plant. jmo
