This is my last post for this evening since I have not renewed my subscription. I has been great talk to all again an sorry I can't reply to PM's.

In reviewing Todd's post history, there was nothing of him saying it was his invention.

Again, I have no clue on the details of the agreement between Todd, Turning Mill, and AMHD. Do you know?

Regardless, AMHD was owed a functional finished working product. Since Todd did say he get's half up front and the other half on delivery, then he should have delivered. 2OOK remaining is way more than half. On top of that, if turning mills was the middle person, why would they ever have placed that order with Todd if they did not have the money.

In previous posts with Todd and another poster, it was stated that Turning Mill had the money and that Todd did not perform according to the posts with Todd.

And again, the parts were all sitting there in the shop not assembled. Those are Todd's words repeated several times on the board.

I pull my information from posts since I'm not privy to the details of the agreement.

If you know something we don't. Please do tell.
