EarnestDD...I know you are a logical person from conversations we had in the past via PM's.
I have never seen the agreement between all 3 parties, have you seen any of the agreements?
If you look at this in the logical point of view, and in the simplest way possible, would you fork out another 200K for a non completed or delivered product which you already paid over 300K for? Let's say you were to have something constructed, would you now want to see the completed product and even makes sure the thing runs before you make final payment? I know I wouldn't.
Keep in mind, I'm assuming you have not seen the agreement like I haven't. If you have or have had it read to you, please let us know since that would change your whole arguement by being able to say you are in fact knowledgeable about the events that are in issue.
So, to say final payment on your part is really hearsay. Remember the support you are getting from someone who has filed BK and listed a compnay whom he shows has already paid him money.
