FDA Approval for no invassive devices isn't complicated, All they really have to show is that it does no harm to the patient.. Not like Drugs where they have to go through months even years of Phase 1,2, and 3 clincal trails..

Do you think they could retire there restricted common shares to preferred and be a/s-o/s of 400M.

My thought on the $20 PPS. When profits start to roll in I wonder if Paul will begin to buy back and retire shares to get the total outstanding shares lower to support a higher PPS. If the company can afford too I think it would be good for the structure of the company.

Anyone else have thoughts on this or have you seen this occur in other companies.

REPLY TO $ 20.00: NOT IMPOSSIBLE !Look up HGSI ! It went from pennies to $ 31.00 in a nine (9) month period. We got "flat rich" on that stock. You can never tell !
