I still have trouble getting my head around the last sentence... As if 20-30,000 units isn't staggering, the bold part is a flat out 3 second knockdown on the Mike Tyson scale!

Secure our manufacturing contracts so we can meet our anticipated needs of 20-30,000 units per month for 2010. (This number could rise dramatically based on our current contract conversations with several health organizations globally.)

And again, there is absolutely nothing to suggest that Mr. Lisenby or Dr. Lee aren't on the up and up... Like many have suggested, the website really could be the first staggering jab before the show begins... As Chris Berman would say...
