Do you know how Pike acquired 100 million shares before the suspension? Did they initially acquire 200 million, and sold some of them off? When did they acquire them? Did they pay SPNG for those shares? All these questions would be in the 10k, which SPNG refuses to release. What is this conglomerate trying to hide by not releasing that information?

Underdog, I agree all this would be explained in the 10K. Therefore I will wait until then if it ever comes out. I'm just asking the questions in regards to your assumption regarding Pike is buying to covered unregisterd shares sold.

You seems to make lots of assumptions but in reality, noone really knows.

Yes I do know all the bad news out there so no use for you to bring each and everything up again.

So if you can't answer why he would need to file the forms 4 and 13 if he was covering unregistered, then be it. Don't ask me a different question as I do not want to assume and try to answer anything in which I have no knowledge of. Thanks.
