Do you know how Pike acquired 100 million shares before the suspension? Did they initially acquire 200 million, and sold some of them off? When did they acquire them? Did they pay SPNG for those shares? All these questions would be in the 10k, which SPNG refuses to release. What is this conglomerate trying to hide by not releasing that information?

Ok if it was covering sold unregistered, do you still need to file the forms? Doesn't make sense to file them, correct?
