If they haven't started their buy back then there is nothing to wait and see about. The numbers are the numbers. At 20% they can buy back under $0.10/share. At 10% they can buy back at $0.20/share. They will be risking a lot if they release news prior to a successful and complete buy back, as they won't know what the SP will do. Plain and simple facts which don't lend much wiggle room for debate. Sorry.
That's why I wouldn't dream of flipping this stock. Even with the potential to make $thousands on a flip, risking $millions makes no sense. Almost everyone on this board owns shares because we believe in the company. The little doubts and nitpicking on this point or that are meaningless because we believe in this company 100%. So why would someone care enough to put out so much effort trying to change their minds. THIS IS WHAT I ASK MYSELF. If there are some who say they still own shares but seem to be very focused on trying to create doubt, I wonder who they are trying to convince and why? Why would someone come on here and say the TA is gagged if this is not true? Why would someone else pipe in and say thanks? Can anyone enlighten me??
