If they haven't started their buy back then there is nothing to wait and see about. The numbers are the numbers. At 20% they can buy back under $0.10/share. At 10% they can buy back at $0.20/share. They will be risking a lot if they release news prior to a successful and complete buy back, as they won't know what the SP will do. Plain and simple facts which don't lend much wiggle room for debate. Sorry.
