I don't like the way you "guard" this thread from political discussion. I wasn't discussing politics. That was merely a world event/news article. WORLD EVENTS EFFECT THE MARKETS, HENCE MY REASON FOR POSTING THAT. I think you are confused as to what politics are.

I will not comply with your orders. Zeev is the moderator. If he wants me to stop posting those types of articles, he will say so, and I will do so. So please MYOB.

Augie, I don't think that post (by joermoney) qualifies as politics, it was news, news that could (or may not) affect the market. It sure started to affect crude prices. The intention of "No politics" is to avoid political polemics, and the kind of discussions getting into "I am holier than thou" etc.

If I see excess politics, I'll try and comment on it, and will hope that the parties engaging in such polemic take the discussion to the "Politics" thread.
