and the bullchit, get ready to join us next week in making some waves. For those pizzed off, you have every right to be, now lets change the rules a bit, lets think outside the box on ways we can force the issue, lets be part of the game

have a good weekend, I will update everyone monday as to actions I am taking and actions we can take as a group, and of course all input is welcome, but it has to be real ways to make a difference.

and by the way there are now those coming forward ready to file in the states for us, many are pizzed off enough to take it to the next level.

Tell me HOW you have a case/trial WITHOUT an Indictment!!??

First you conduct a thorough investigation and present your evidence before the grand jury.

What came first, the chicken or the egg?

jimmy, read AG Holder's speech from the DOJ site. He said 5,000 pending "cases" not indictments. You posted Holder's quote yourself.

http://www.justice.gov/ag/speeches/2010/ag-speech-100108.html

Holder also list the type of financial crimes.

We will focus on four key types of financial crime:

· Mortgage fraud -- from the simplest of “flip” schemes to systematic lending fraud in our nationwide housing market;
· Securities fraud – from traditional insider trading, to Ponzi schemes, to accounting fraud, to misrepresentations to investors;
· Recovery Act and rescue fraud – including the theft of federal stimulus funds and the illegal use of taxpayer dollars intended to shore up our financial institutions; and
· Financial discrimination – including predatory lending practices in minority communities and the sale of financial products that exploit the elderly and disadvantaged.
