Joint Venture does not equal Acquisition. Joint venture is a partnership on a project. Acquisition is controlling interest in a company to do whatever they want. The project is going to be undertaken with ELAN. No mention of an acquisition. All of this for a project involving retracting float technology which represents a very tiny portion of the light plane market....probably not much in the way of sales as it pertains to the total light plane market expendatures. Until we actually see what these acquisitions are, this is relatively miniscule news...
