According to Nov 13th PR, this is how $350 million dollars was supposed to be used:

$150 million -- closing of first four of acquiistions.
$200 million -- closing of the 5th and 6th acquisitions.

Well as per todays PR, QASP is going to have a joint venture with
Tigerfish Aviation Pty. Ltd. Of Australia. Plus ELAN-EDAG is suppose to be joining them.

With two additional joint ventures comes in additional cost and to cover for that the company might have resorted to selling those about 22 million shares DBAB purchased earlier.
