From all indications we have management stating clear, and concise status of where the business is at hand and what they predict will occur in the near and long term future. This is not a "quick" process given the fact that things move much slower in the federal and state level agencies but what is interesting to note is the business won is going to be turn key for multiple years thus if you plan to be around awhile that is where the money will be for shareholders!
